SHIPPING

Dixie Bags' primary method of transport are; United States Postal Service (USPS) Priority Mail and Media Mail. Processing of your order typically takes 2-3 Business days (please note: this is not guaranteed). Additional shipping charges will be applied for orders shipped outside of the US. Most items in our catalog will ship within 3 business days of processing.

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING

Dixie Bags can ship international orders. Additional shipping fees will apply and the amount is dependent upon the destination, and must be paid prior to order shipment. We will contact you via e-mail for the remaining balance.

INTERNATIONAL DUTIES AND TAXES

You may be subject to import duties and taxes, which are levied once a shipment reaches your country. Additional charges for customs clearance must be borne by you; we have no control over these charges and cannot predict what they may be. Customs policies vary widely from country to country; you should contact your local customs office for further information. Additionally, when ordering from Dixie Bags, you are considered the importer of record and must comply with all laws and regulations of the country in which you are receiving the goods.

RISK OF LOSS

All items purchased from us are made pursuant to a shipment contract. This means that the risk of loss and title for such items pass to you upon our delivery to the carrier. All items are insured when shipped regardless of carrier.

RETURNS

Your satisfaction is important to us. If you receive damaged or incorrect merchandise please contact us or call us at 434-793-5842 to let us know of your issues. If the product was damaged in shipping, you MUST retain all shipping materials for inspection by the shipper's agents. If the item is not functioning and the reason is not related to the shipping please contact us for an RMA return. (Please note: Items listed as USED are sold As-Is and have no warranties. Other products may be offered without warranty and will be stated in the product description. Sales of these items are FINAL). Warranties are the responsibility of the manufacturer and we will assist you in getting in touch with them so you can find a localized "repair" or "service center" and hasten the process.

When we receive your returned package, we will inspect and test your products and determine whether to issue a replacement or refund is warranted at our sole discretion.

Restocking fees may be applied to any refunds you may be offered in the event the item is returned and it is completely functional. Refunds will not be given and warranties will be voided if the device is plugged in without proper surge protection, or the device has been disassembled, misused, dropped or otherwise damaged by the end-user. All shipping costs are the responsibility the buyer.

Electronic service fees such as web site hosting are paid for a year in advance and are non-refundable in the event of termination of services by either Dixie Bags or the customer. Design fees are also non refundable in the event of cancellation of the project by either Dixie Bags or the customer. All artwork, code and domain names registered by Dixie Bags remain the property of Dixie Bags until all accounts are paid in full.
